Images can be watermarked with your logo or your event logo, and can include a delivery header and footer to match your event branding.
Branded photo delivery is also a great way to recognize and thank sponsors, or remind attendees about the purpose of your event.
Participants can easily download and share to socials right from their devices, to help create a buzz around your event.
The header and footer areas can be customized to look and say whatever you want. Here are some examples:
How do we do it? Using state-of-the-art AI facial recognition software, once your guests register in our system, the AI finds them in all the pictures from the event (whether candids or from the red carpet) and delivers a personalized gallery directly to them.
What if multiple people are in the photo? No problem. The AI identifies each person in the group who’s registered with us and adds the photo to their gallery.
What if the organizers want a copy of all the photos? Of course you do, and of course we can. We’ll provide you with a link for all the photos, both branded and unbranded, so you easily download every image or just the ones you want.
How long are images available? The galleries stay open for 24 hours. I usually leave it open for one extra day (so 48 hours) and send a message the day after the event to all participants to remind them to download the pics they want.
The best part? Because we take care of delivery, you don’t have to worry about spending time sorting and emailing photos to all the guests so you can relax and enjoy your event.

Corporate Event Photography Pricing
Corporate Event Step & Repeat Red Carpet Station
Half-Day (1-4 hours) – $1000 | Additional hours billed at $250 per hour
(Best suited to Red Carpet events such as Galas, Fundraisers, Holiday Parties, manned photo booth, as a gift to guests, etc.)
INCLUDES:
- Set-up of on-location event booth (we supply the lighting, you supply the backdrop)
- 1 Photographer
- Instant Delivery of images via facial recognition software. Each participant gets a gallery with images they appear in.
- Gallery can include your branded watermarks on images, host message, and easy ways to share branded images on social media.
- Event hosts have access to the full photo stream (both branded and unbranded images) during and after the event.
- We can request participants to sign release forms at sign-up so you can use images for promotional purposes.
EXTRAS:
- Depending on event setup, photographer can also provide candids of the event when step and repeat is not needed.
- Add an extra photographer – price will vary depending on what is needed.
- Social Media Content – Our social media expert will capture video footage of your booth – Half Day – $1,000 | Full Day – $1800
- Travel fee may apply for locations outside the Phoenix Metro area.
Editorial-Style Corporate Event Coverage
Base Rate (3 hour minimum) – $500 | Additional hours billed at $150 per hour
(Best suited to corporate events such as speaking engagements, awards, candid captures of client or employee celebrations, etc.)
INCLUDES:
- 1 Photographer
- Candids and posed images of guests, speakers, and others (please provide an agenda of the event for requested shots)
- Event hosts have access to the full gallery of images within 24 hours after the event.
- We can request participants to sign release forms at sign-up so you can use images for promotional purposes.
EXTRAS:
- Instant delivery can be added on as an additional fee ($500), otherwise full image gallery is only provided to the host.
- Add an extra photographer – price will vary depending on what is needed.
